19' Cornish Shrimper Gaff Sloop (1984)

1984 Cornish Shrimper 19 gaff rigged sloop with galvanized trailer.
This salty little boat was first built in 1974 inspired by traditional British shrimp fishery boats. Very popular in Britain with over 1100 built. This boat is the first one imported into the US and won best small boat in the 1984 New England boat show.
Extensively reconditioned with the original iron pellet ballast replaced with lead, hull professionally painted with 2 part Awlgrip, electrical system upgraded with on/off switch, circuit breaker board and new wiring.
Large cockpit with motor well. Cabin has 2 bunks, 4 portlights 2 which open and large storage areas towards the bow.
Keel centerboard with galvanized steel board.
Sitka spruce mast, spars and 3′ bowsprit. Heavy duty 1/4″ galvanized steel mast step.
2014 Tohatsu 6hp saildrive outboard motor with 2-3 hours runtime.
Roller furling jib, sail cover, tanbark sails replaced in 2012.
