Built in Thomaston, ME and lovingly maintained by Hylan and Brown Boatbuilders for several decades, TOLLIE epitomizes the elegance and simplicity of a bygone age. She is built plank on frame of oak and mahogany. Her beautiful plumb stem and tumblehome stern have been attributed to the admired designer Albert Condon. Amenities include a cozy Galley (sink, icebox, stove), head, and holding tanks for wastewater and freshwater. Reliably powered by a Lehman diesel, with recently upgraded electronics (Chartplotter, VHF and depth finder). 2 can sleep in the enclosed cabin and 2 more in the (enclosable) house.
