1927 50’ BOEING BRIDGE DECK YACHT “NONCHALANT”
“Nonchalant“ is a stunning 50’ Motor Yacht from a by-gone era. Built for William Boeing (Boeing Aircraft Company) in 1927, she has been beautifully maintained ever since. “Nonchalant” was designed and constructed by the Cold Creek Boatyard in Vancouver, B.C. She was documented in 1930 (Official Number 247230). LOA 50’, beam 11’, draft 5’, gross 22, net 19. Hull is 5/4” red cedar planks. Decks are Alaska yellow cedar. Power is a single Gray Marine diesel, 64-HN9, in-line six, 225 hp with 250 gallons of fuel tankage. Most recent bottom paint was September 2018. Most recent survey was July 2018. Appraised market value is $135,000. 10’ plank on frame tender with launching davit. Covers for house areas. Two heads. Galley with 3 burner LPG with oven. Espar diesel furnace.
