16' Cape Cod Herreshoff 12½ (1994) - WAGS

Selling my 1994 Herreshoff H12½. This boat is in perfect condition. It recently went through a major reconditioning that included:

– New epoxy bottom and fresh bottom paint
– All the paint was re-sprayed with Awlgrip paint (The whole boat was properly faired and looks better than new)
– Over 10 coats of Awlgrip M3131 varnish, as well as Awlbrite clear coating (all of the wood looks better than when it was new)
– New custom cockpit seat cushions (over $2k)
– All the hardware was upgraded with bronze hardware by J.M. Reineck & Sons
-Custom Wood Transom (Very few 12.5’s have a wood transom)

These Herreshoff 12.5s are great boats and the ones built by Cape Cod Shipbuilding are of the best quality. If you were to order a new one today with these specifications it would cost over $60k. This particular example is in perfect condition and doesn’t need anything aside from a new home. A trailer is not included in the sale, however, I have access to one if needed…
