Sail a Future is an organization that paints ship sails together with children, sailors and artists. Children paint and write their thoughts about the future of our planet and the oceans on the discarded sails. These sails sail the world’s seas. Children’s dreams are carried by the wind. Bags are later made from these painted sails. For example, the children’s messages are read back on the shopping bags. They become dream bearers. The discarded sails are marked by wind, rain and sea salt, by life, love and hope. With painting and recycling, they do not end up in the environment as waste.

In the summer, Vrijbuiter also organizes music sailing evenings: You can join an evening trip on the Oosterschelde, during which you can enjoy an (acoustic) live concert. These tours are from 6:30 PM to 9 PM.
