    The Oregon Coots TSCA Chapter is a subset of the Coots (Western Oregon Messabouts), a loosely organized group of boat nuts who get together to share out love of of sail, human, electric and low powered small boats, particularly within an area convenient for residents of Oregon’s upper (southern) Willamette Valley.
