We are doing a crazy experiment! We are building 17th century ships in historical fashion, but entirely out of waste plastic. Ships to sail the world’s oceans for fair trades. An uneasy adventure through which we reverse beliefs and habitual behaviors to accelerate progress towards a sustainable and inclusive world.

We experiment with the work boat to learn about the material and techniques. This is how we discover everything for our next step. Because between the workboat and the Fluyt ship, we are building another ship: a 17th century plessure yacht 12 meters long.

All of our experiments aim to find new building blocks to help accelerate the transition to the circular economy. By using new technologies and economic models and practicing new habitual behaviors.
