19' Oughtred Caledonia Yawl (2014)

This is the third boat built be a professional woodworker. She was built in 2014. The boat is a little different from the original plans. The back cockpit floor board can be moved up to the seating area for a large area to use for sleeping. There are some sealed areas in the rear cockpit for storage and a drawer under the center seating area for small item storage. This boat comes with an electric trolling motor with removable mount and two paddles. The vinyl cover is two years old. Prior to my obtaining this boat it was stored inside. There is some neat attractive rope work on the tiller and dock pole. The dock pole attaches to the boom for storage. The swing keel is hung on a stainless pin mounted in two bronze bushings with an O-ring seal. This is an old school rigged boat and a real pleasure to sail.
