27' Devlin Black Crown Power Cruiser (1993) - GUILLEMOT

GUILLEMOT is a 27 ft. salty, power cruiser bult by Devlin Designing Boatbuilders in 1993 with award-winning construction to take a cruising couple safely and in comfort across east coast waters to ports from Newfoundland to Florida, perhaps Northwest up into Alaska and British Columbia, or enjoying local cocktail cruising in Chesapeake Bay.
The classic, award-wining Devlin building method, combining custom made plywood and extensive epoxy throughout, produced a seaworthy structure described by WoodenBoat experts as “timeless” with amazing interior space that serves its crew well.

The spacious, useful cockpit with good seating, generous engine access, outside helm station, hot and cold shower, Bimini shielding, boarding/swimming platform and easy access to wide decks with new, robust stainless steel railing for safe passage fore and aft. A sturdy dinghy, custom Devlin-built to match the main ship, mounts easily astern on Weaver davits.
The cabin interior has two areas: the first is forward sleeping quarters, limited headroom but very wide, there are 2 generous lengthy bunks, or conversion to a double berth, multiple truly large storage areas, a large overhead hatch with solid, laminated glass and abundant ventilation. Then aft, the main cabin has full beam, 6ft. 4in. standing height. The cabin is surrounded by generous sliding windows with built in screens and dropdown curtains. Forward looking from the interior helm location large, safety glass windows provide widespread visibility. The main helm station has recently installed complete electrical navigation gear, hydraulic steering and engine controls. Next aft on the starboard side is the galley providing extended counter space, large, easy-opening storage lockers, sink, refrigeration and stove and oven plus a microwave. On the port side of the main cabin is a long, L-shaped settee with a pull down, side panel providing large lockers at standup height for the galley. Further aft to port the head has its own compartment door entry with sink, hot and cold shower, and electrical fresh-water flush toilet.
