1979 all timber exceptional Garden Home on the Ocean , Porpoise Ketch
Much loved and cared for by original owner, Due to health issues her shipwright of 40 years has taken over her journey. Recently refitted and sailed to New Zealand she is in excellent condition with all new electronics and countless new upgrades including new sails etc.

Poppy is ready to go offshore again.

Beautiful all teak interior, private cabin, full head with shower, two generous aft quarter berths and Avery workable galley makes Poppy a lovely home/live aboard, passage maker for a couple with young children.

One owner since new, with her main boatbuilder now taking onboard. Poppy is one of the 600 built to Gardens plans in hardwoods. Monel fastened. Completely rebuilt teak and ply decks, new teak systems deck seams, all spars and rigging in excellent condition. She has just made passage to New Zealand. New sails and electronics and many improvements made for passage making. Ready to go again.

Her interior is spacious, warm and cozy. All teak interior interior sets the tone. Master private cabin with double berth option, and/or 4 berths with Dickenson diesel heater, reading table and bookcases. Two large Quarter berths aft with one in the forepeak makes 7 in total on board.

Huge storage compartments/ Lazzerete

Main salon, Galley with spacious countertops, 2 ice chests, 3 burner LPG stove/oven and a small refrigerator makes cooking and entertaining a joy. seating for 5/6.
