50' Elco FlatTop (1929) - WITCH

A Classic Boat with Modern Amenities. This rare Elco 50′ FlatTop is a Golden Age of Yachting Classic. Launched in 1929 and privately owned by Walt Schulz of Shannon Boat Company, builders of the finest blue water sail and power yachts. This Elco has received “money is no object” professional restoration, rebuilding ad upgrading since 2004.
A 2021 wood cold-molded epoxy hull with an extensive list of improvements to ensure Witch will see many more years of minimal maintenance enjoyment. Though the restoration was extensive, the original design and classic features were not in any way compromised.
Witch is a truly unique and luxurious waterfront home and yacht for personal use, cruisimg the “Great Loop” with speed that surpasses trawlers and no concern over bridge heights along the way, and/or for Air B&B purposes. Owner financing is available.
