Description
Eldir is Iain Oughred drawn Elf-faering, build in 2019. The hull is 9 mm Okume-plywood sheated in epoxy, keels, stems and frames are tight grown Oregonpine.
Eldir is equipped for rowing and sailing, with handmade oregonpine oars (1 pair) and a lugsail from Tanbark-sailcloth.
Eldir has been painted with two part epoxy paint outside and shielded with a strong UV-woodstain (inside) for durable and easy to maintain finish.
She is a remarkable small vessel perfect for exploring archipelago or inland waterways by oar or sail. Eldir was build as a showboat and is in as new condition.
