Carlscrona Classic Boat Association

The Carlscrona Classic Boat Association is a non-profit public association with the aim of preserving, developing, and spreading knowledge about the veteran boat culture. The association organizes around 150 members.

We are located at Saltö boat yard in the centre of Karlskrona in the southwest of Sweden. Saltö Boat yard is a traditional boat yard with a history strongly associated with classic boats in the region and with nationally known boat builders.

A very important part of our ambition to preserve and spread knowledge about the classic boat culture is to exhibit our activities and our collection of classic boats during the summer months. The focus is to show Swedish leisure boat development, important boat designers and boat yards, but also implementation of thematic exhibitions and lectures/trainings that promote vintage boat culture.

• Open house: Mondays during September – May 06.00 pm – 08.00 pm
• Open house and exhibition: Saturday and Sunday during June – August 10.00 am – 04.00 pm or
