Traditional Small Craft Association Lower Columbia River Chapter

Lower Columbia River Chapter of TSCA – The purpose of the Association is to encourage the construction, preservation and use of traditional small craft, particularly small craft with origins in the region of the Lower Columbia River. The Association shall also function as spokespersons and educators for traditional small craft builders, owners, and enthusiasts on subjects that pertain to traditional small craft in our general geographical area.
