Wye Island Challenge Electric Boat Marathon

An annual 24 mile Electric boat race with two main goals of: (a) demonstrating the viability of electric powered boats and (b) advancing their performance development. Held each October in conjunction with the Mid-Atlantic Small Craft festival in St. Michaels Maryland. We have a wide variety of entrants every year, some specifically designed for the race and some entrants in the Picnic Class just out for a relaxing experience on the beautiful course around Wye Island.
