25' Danish Double Scull (1971)

DANISH DOUBLE SCULLER:
This Danish Double Sculler was built in 1971 by Victor Jensen of Hundested, Denmark for Jay Paris and shipped to Maine upon completion. These cruising rowboats were typically used for day trips between rowing hostels. This nominal 7.5-meter long boat has two sliding seats amidships for those rowing, a passenger seat forward and another aft with the seat and backrest padded for a crew member who could tend the tiller ropes back to the crossbar atop the rudder, and bow and stern stowage compartments with access through hatches in the white leatherette decks.
