34' Chris-Craft Housebarge (2015) - CHILL CAT

Built in 2015, Chillcat features a ChrisCraft fiberglass hull, but the rest is all wood. From the yellow and red cedars to the ipe flooring, she’s a classic, blending Pacific Northwest Native American sensibilities with Victorian touches. 34′ length, 12’10” beam. Much of the interior is repurposed, and there are plans for a second level addition, with some of that work already done. She has an assigned plaque number and sits in one of the most prestigious marinas on Lake Union, between the Aurora and the Fremont Bridges, with views of the busy water traffic.
