24' Healey Sloop (1984) - MOTU

Designed and built by Bill Healey in 1984, this 27 LOA sloop has a shallow 3′ full keel. 9′ beam. Built of cedar and sheathed in frp at the time of construction. Motu is similar to a Bahama sloop with a relatively short mast and a long boom. A spacious cabin with 6′ headroom throughout its 12′ long cabin trunk. She was designed for one or two people to cruise comfortably. Lots of storage space. Spacious galley. Dinette. Yanmar 27 FWC diesel. There are some unfinished projects that I simply don’t have the time to finish so I am putting MOTU up for sale after owning her for 26 years.
