15' Hylan Swan Point Garvey Sailing Dinghy (2025) - SPARTINA

Introducing the Swan Point Garvey. After three hundred years, Gervas Pharo’s invention sails again.

After my long daydreams and a fine collaboration with Doug Hylan, he designed this sweet 15 foot sailing Garvey inspired by a 300 year-old tradition on Barnegat Bay in New Jersey.

She’s built of glued ply and fir with traditional chines clamps and such. Kit at Hylan and Brown did a flawless job of building SPARTINA.
