19' Chris-Craft Racing Runabout (1949) - WE 2 JR

We 2 Jr. Has been in Katherine’s family since it was built in 1949. It is Chris Craft’s 19 foot racing runabout. Her Grandfather used it as a day boat and gentleman’s speed boat for some unsanctioned racing and fun on the rivers near Pittsburgh, PA. It was the tender to We 2, his live aboard Chris Craft cruiser. We 2 was lost in a flood but We 2 Jr. was saved. This runabout was renovated and repowered for its 50th birthday in 1999 and is still going strong after stints in upstate NY, Maine, and now in North Carolina.
