Beautiful build - very elegant. I'm considering building a Pooduck, more to row than sail (I have a Penobscot 14 which looks much tippier than your Pooduck). Have you ever tried double rowing? I'm on the Gatineau. Regards.
What a beautiful example of your work in your leader photograph. That canoe is gorgeous - a wonderful example of design, wood species and combinations, and craftsmanship. I bet she's a beauty to paddle.
What a beautiful dinghy and a beautiful build! I've been looking for a boat to build and I have never bumped into this design before (and I've looked a lot). I'm guessing I could add a second pair of oarlocks if I made the thwarts moveable - I'm looking for a boat two can row. The video makes the boat look wonderfully stable, but fun to sail in a wind too. Thanks for posting all your information!
Absolutely beautiful, and the restoration looks impeccable. I look forward to seeing photos of her sailing again. So glad she was rescued from a dreadful condition.
