Thank you, Diane! Always great to hear from you. I'm grateful for the time and energy I have to dedicate to this wooden boat life.

60′ Harbor Patrol Fireboat (1956) – EWEN ROSS

What an incredible liveaboard! Love seeing the amazing interior, and hope to have a beer on that epic top deck someday. In that old photo the boat is called KARL PREHN - Did you change it to Ewen Ross, and if so, what's the story there?

27′ Garden Pollywog Power Cruiser (1995) – KISMET

Hi Bob - Black Dave was a late entry so it only got published later today: 27' Garden Pollywog Power Cruiser (1996) - BLACK DAVE I have admired Kismet for a long time, ever since she was first listed in Off Center Harbor's Dream Boat Harbor, and was very pleasantly surprised to see another beautiful sistership! Too fun.

Hey Scott - You can find Ben's work through a variety of avenues, but the best place to start is probably his website for the Calendar of Wooden Boats, which he's been producing with Maynard Bray for over 40 years. His photos have also been featured in just about every WoodenBoat Magazine published over that period. You can find Ben's professional page here on the Worldwide Classic Boat Show site. I'll also add in a couple of Off Center Harbor videos (here and on his organization page) in which Ben shares his perspectives on maritime photography.

39′ S&amp

This summer, we saw a beautiful yawl across the anchorage in the Octopus Islands, BC. Lo and behold, it was QUERENCIA - the boat I spent the summer before college scraping the bottom and sanding the interior in the middle of a full restoration. I knew little about wooden boats back then, let alone how large a part of my life they would become. I suppose these beautiful boats have a way of making the world smaller, closer, and more enjoyable. We had a great time hanging out with Duane and even got to sail south together on a beautiful...
